Otter photography days:

The Isle of Mull off the west Coast of Scotland is possibly my favourite wildlife destination in the world. Home to the enigmatic and elusive Otter and the spectacular White tailed eagle, but also endangered Hen harriers, Golden eagles, short eared owls and a miriad of other wonderful wildlife. The weather here is changeable and creates the legendary Mull light which is a photographers dream. I try to get to Mull as often as I can and will be running photography tuition trips here throughout the year.

Next available dates Spring 2024 onwards

A typical day is spent out looking for wildlife, usually prioritising otters and eagles, I will be teaching you techniques for finding, watching and photographing the otters, taking care to explain the priority of the wildlifes well being and also helping you get the best from your cameras capabilities. Weatherproof, dark clothing is required and this should also be  warm and quiet!  We will stop at a pub or cafe for lunch and the day will be relaxed but full of  interest and photographic opportunities, the aim being to return with full  camera cards and memories to last a life time!

Usually we will meet you at your choice of accommodation and drop you off in the evening . We can help you with finding accommodation and transport to Mull.

Contact me ASAP if you want to join me for one, two or three day trips on Mull where we will be prioritising species like the otter and eagles but not forgetting the other wildlife on this fabulous island. Our most recent trips, were absolutely amazing and we are looking forward to this Autumn and winter with great anticipation. Prices start at £250 per day per person .   Contact me here for more details: Gowild@Mailfence.com
